System for managing game state

Implementing this with the state pattern.

This is now implemented.State is now implemented using a state manager that keeps track of all currents states using a stack. The current implementation can only handle the top most item in the stack but in the future i might implement functionality that allows multiple states to be runing at the same time.I've also thought about implementing some sort of face pattern to implement transitions between states.
